Prior to join Kow Company he worked with one of the largest Telecom companies in Ghana as Senior Manager-General Services in charge of Fleet and Transport, projects and security and safety and other Logistics companies in Ghana.
He holds MSc in Supply Chain Management from the Coventry University-UK.
Mr. Pomeyie joined Kow Company in 2010 and currently works in the US office. He works with senior management to develop business strategy, enterprise-level decisions, standardization of best practices, and project governance oversight.
Mr Pomeyie also conducts regular risk assessments and quality assurance reviews to evaluate compliance with requirements and to identify potential gaps in policies, procedures and business processes. His responsibilities are also to review and approve plans to control budget spending, labor efficiency, and material efficiency, new areas of technology and customer service efficiency.
Prior to joining Kow, Mr. Pomeyie was with Armway and ACN Corporation in the US from 2004 to 2007 and with National Refrigeration & Air Condition Products also in the US from 1996 to 2004.

Mr. Matanawui joined Kow Company Ltd in 2009 and oversees all administrative and business development requirements of the company. He also has oversight responsibility for putting structures and monitoring systems in place to track all projects, fleets and assets both in Ghana and the US.
From 1999 to 2008, Mr. Matanawui was the Business Development Manager for the SOFT tribe Ltd, Ghana’s foremost software house. He holds CIM-UK qualification in Marketing and has extensive experience in project implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
Lewis holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. He has been working with Tema Oil Refinery for over 7 years as a Mechanical Engineer.
Mr. Otoo also holds MSc in Oil & Gas Management from Coventry University (UK), Ghana Campus. As an Energy Consultant, he consults for a number of Oil & Gas companies in Ghana,
and is a Co-Director for a number of companies. He is a Senior Advisor for Cirque Financial Services, Tanzania, on Petroleum. He has a combined working experience of over 15 years.
Samuel holds BSc and MSc in Engineering Physics and Oil & Gas Management from the University of Cape Coast and Coventry University, UK respectively. He has worked with Tema Oil Refinery (TOR) for over 13 years as a Mechanical Engineer.
Mr. Samuel Boateng is the Secretary of General Transport Petroleum and Chemical Worker’s Union at TOR. He is also the Managing Director of Multi-Bee Company Limited, Tema; a Civil Engineering and Construction firm.
Joshua holds a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Ghana, Legon. He has worked with Tema Oil Refinery (TOR) for over 18 years as a Senior Petroleum Chemist/ Analyst in the Quality Control Department. As a Senior Chemist, he is in charge of analyzing crude oil imported for refining by the refinery.
He also has the responsibility of analyzing refined products for export, as well as finished products imported into the country by Bulk Distributor Companies (BDCs).
